Charity begins at home 

We hear the word everyday, we use it and we may also practice it in different forms. But what does charity really mean? Some famous person had said Charity begins from home. Something that you say which means you should try to help your family and friends before you help other people. After that we can spend time for towards the charity of the society. We can define the word “charity” we think of love towards our neighbor, service towards our society. 

Life is not about loving yourself. If you live for yourself that is called living. But if you are living for others that is called life. Love is the essence of what and who we are. This strange flower blooms in our mind, but we are running around searching for it in the outer world. So our aim should be to conglomerate the unity of mankind and that love is the only way to heal the world. Remember what Mother Teresa said: “To truly give charity, you must be free of selfishness!” because that is the pure joy of giving, which includes much more than material things.

The Act of charity can have many faces, like in a warm smile, a sweet hug, an unexpected phone call, a word of appreciation, a bonding with a person in grief, a prayer for the healing of others, a heartfelt forgiveness when you are wronged. All this is done not out of duty or responsibility but out of the abundance of warmth and love you feel welling up inside you. it is indeed a clear reality that the more you give out, the more it flows back in. That is the joy of Love in action, the manifestation of charity. As long as you feel compelled to do something because it is your duty or because you want something in return, There is no Love.

BELEVOLENT

When one truly shows Love,there is always freedom, not only from the other person but from oneself. Charity can come into being only when there is total self-abandonment. It does not come as the result of any effort. Its comes from within you. No one can force you to help others and to do charity. Like a flower that spreads its perfume, it blooms for everybody. Whether one is near or far away, it is all the same to the flower because it is full of that fragrance and shares it with everybody. Like the wind spreads its cool breeze to all. The sky, the sun spreads its light equally to the whole universe. How many of us has the same goals and vision. Who can afford to invest and do charity at the same time

Today, a number of charities are working for the greater good of the society. With this, the need for innovative and exciting fundraising activities has arisen. To raise adequate money for a charity, the most important thing is to reach out to people and encourage them to help you. Everyone usually has the tendency to contribute to something noble, but they just do not know where to start from. You will get tremendous response in everything that you undertake with a good heart.

Always remember to go back to the people who have helped you to let them know how they have contributed in helping the world become a better place. Through charity if we can help the deprived and orphaned children, may be not millions but few of them can be able to make a beautiful life on their own. But your support will be highly needed.
